We will for sure do a console launch after steam! It's playing very well on steam deck testing so hopefully it will play well on switch too!

The second game has a glitch that prevents Gretel from going outside after she's beat the tree waiter. Has this been resolved?
I believe it has been fixed! I tried the other day and it worked. The game was so big at the time of release I had to split it into two swfs. That door is the split so it means the second swf never loaded for some reason.

Man, how long has it been since you last posted on here. It's good to see you active again. I was worried that the Hansel and Gretel project was cancelled. I'm looking forward to your project on Steam. I thought about getting it on consoles, but I decided against it. Hope to see it finished soon.
So excited about this! This game was deeply influential to me when I played it as a kid, and I sometimes realize when writing/drawing/doing my own art that I can trace at least some of the influences back to these games. Some of my fondest memories are me and my little brother trying to solve the puzzles on the family computer. Thank you for not giving up on this series! I've loved coming back and replaying the first two games as an adult, and words cannot describe how happy I am that this series is back in action and, more importantly, that you are doing well!

I don't think I can ever contain my excitement. I first found these games of yours back when I was only a 10 year old little girl. Even being 26 now, I have never given up on you. Every time I open Newgrounds to go down memory lane, I think of you and I can't wait to play some more.

Mako, your first two games were some of my favorite flash games of all time when I was a teenager; the combination of the dark fantasy watercolor backgrounds and drawings, and the Grimm fairy-tale style music was truly unforgettable. I really look forward to not only part 3, but the whole collection on Steam.

is the game going to release on Newgrounds like the other 2 games or is it just steam and console?
Since this one is unity and huge it will be coming out on Steam but I'm hoping to get a demo made for NG!

Amazing news, but I have to admit it's a bit jarring seeing it remastered with more colors than just sepia tones.
