Well, we all face setbacks, it's not anything that anyone should really be mad about. I can certainly wait, and I'm quite sure it'll be worth it because the first one was really well-done. I could easily see the effort put into it all, and I'm hoping you'll be able to get through these delays. Don't strain yourself. :)

Oh right I remember something that may help you. Why won't you ask for Ben leffler help. He is the maker of Exmortice game. He seems to know lots of stuff about flash. I don't mean to offend other game makers but I thought that may help you.
